Nature Experiences

Slow down. Notice more. See what surprises you.

Guided forest bathing, playful nature connection, and journaling for curious humans. You don’t need to know a single plant name or arrive feeling calm. Come as you are—we’ll start with what’s around us.

Follow your curiosity.

Forest bathing

A guided invitation to slow down and explore through your senses. We pause, notice, and spend time with the natural world rather than covering miles. And yes, you keep your clothes on.

Playful nature connection

Try simple sensory invitations, follow an unexpected detail, and make room for a little wonder. There’s space for laughter, quiet, and discovering something you might usually walk right past.

Nature journaling

Use words, sketches, and questions to explore what you notice. You don’t need to be an artist—or even draw a convincing leaf. Curiosity is the useful part.

What to expect

I’ll offer simple invitations to notice, explore, and reflect. You choose how to take part. There may be quiet moments, conversation, or a laugh over something unexpectedly delightful. There’s no particular way you’re supposed to feel.

No hiking experience, special gear, meditation practice, or artistic ability required. Terrain and movement vary by location; we’ll discuss the setting and any access needs before you book.

Come on your own. Bring your people.

Interested in a public experience, a private session, or time outside with friends or a small group? Tell me what you have in mind. We’ll talk through the format, location, timing, and cost before making a plan.
