I blend direct experience, reflection, and conversation so people can connect an idea with their own lives and work. Sessions can happen indoors or outdoors; nature connection doesn’t always require a trail.
I bring more than 16 years of experience in education, facilitation, leadership, and professional learning, a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and certification as a Forest Bathing Guide.
